Health Promotion & Wellness Program
This program is designed to provide health education and wellness activities that addresses the social determinants of health and structural areas that influence individuals` health and well-being, including food security, clean drinking water, housing, employment, income and social supports. We strive to work with individuals, communities and our partners to improve the health and well-being of individuals and the communities through counselling, advocacy, support group, fitness program, and health education on a variety of topics, including parenting, nutrition, diabetes, HIV & AIDS, etc. We offer these services through outreach, workshops, webinar, classes, online and much more.
Fitness & Gym
The fitness program is designed to help individuals become physically fit, lose weight, and improve their health and emotional wellbeing. The program also provides opportunities for people to connect with others and have fun. The fitness program will include gym, exercise and workout with music.
