Intercommunity provides a full range of employment services including employment coaching, resume preparation, job search, and job skills training to help individuals find jobs and maintain employment. We support each client’s needs and interests in becoming successful employees. We also provide coaching on self-employment to develop personal and business skills. Our employment counsellors work with the job seekers and potential employers to find the right job by matching the skills and abilities of job seekers to the employers` needs. We also assist the organizations, agencies, companies, and businesses with their recruitment practices and to hire new employees. We provide job fairs and post job ads.
